NYE CO., INC. are guaranteed for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase against mechanical breakdown and / or electrical failure, except for damage caused by willful act or destruction by fire. The company's liability shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the defective item, at the company's discretion. F.O.B. the company's factory.
